Club team Spring 2024

KC Field Hockey is excited to offer club travel opportunities starting Spring 2024.

Teams:

We have 6 age groups:

U8  - Birth year 2016/2017          (play 8v8)

U10 - Birth year 2014/2015          (play 8v8)

U12 - Birth year 2012/2013          (play 8v8)

U14 - Birth year 2010/2011          (play 8v8 or 11v11)

U16 - Birth year 2008/2009          (play 11v11)

U19 - Birth year 2005/2006/2007 (play 11v11

Tournaments:

We will participate in two tournaments this Spring:

- May 4th: Gateway club teams from St. Louis will come to Kansas City to play our teams.

- May 11th/12th: We will participate in the Regional Cup in St. Louis. (min. 3 games)

Practices:

Each team will practice 4/5 times with their coach. Either at PHS or at our indoor facility in Swope park. 

Saturday April 6th 4-5pm

Saturday April 13th 4-5pm

Saturday April 20th 4-5pm

Saturday April 27th 4-5pm

Cost:

$300

This includes:

- Tournament fees 2x

- Coaches fees

- Uniform

- 4/5 1 hour practices

Team selection:

If there is more than 1 team per age group, we will separate the players by ability so that they play at their level during the tournaments. 

Hotel & travel

Hotel and travel are on your own, we will share hotels that we will stay at that have group rates and are close to the venue in St. Louis.

Cancelations:

In case we do not have enough players to field a team, we will cancel and refund your registration. We might combine U16 & U19.
